Not worth it, unless you don't have a tourism-based economy.
Other notes :
- Commodity prices are down 20% from the start of the game, meaning your only real option is Tourism. Pick your Presidente's skills accordingly.
- You will receive 2,000$ every six months from April 1952 to November 1956.
- You may want to maintain good relations with the US, since they will grant you a Tourism Boost when above 90%.
