Campaign 1 : Rise to Power

The little island of St. Clara is not doing very well. You'll need to prove your worth by turning this small carribean community into... well something less bad.

Primary Missions

You will need to complete 5 steps : Food, Religion, Healthcare, Homes and Fun. Generalissimo Santana will guide you in your endeavour, dictator to dictator.

Step 1 : Food - Build 2 Farms

As easy as it gets, just build 2 Farms.

Step 2 : Religion - Have 4 Priests.

You will need a fully-staffed Church. You will be given 10,000$ at the start of this mission, so build one and hire foreign experts.

Step 3 : Healthcare - Have healthcare hapiness at or above 45%.

Build a clinic and bring in a foreign expert to fully staff it if you don't have enough college workers.

Step 4 : Homes - Build 3 Apartments, (?) Tenements or (?) Houses
>>> N/A
Do as the man says !

Step 5 : Fun - Bring your fun factor to 45% minimum

A few pubs or restaurants will do the trick.

All About Winning - Win the elections

Considering how far you got, these should be easy to win.

Polling Data - Choose a Reward

Secondary Missions

Finances - Export 500 Tobacco.

A good way to get your economy going from the start. Build at least 2 Tobacco Farms.

The Cabinet - Hire a full council of Ministers

Build a ministry and staff it fully.

Books for Everyone - Nothing to do
>>> 5000$ annually, to your treasury or swiss bank account, or split both ways.
I want more missions like that.

Fishing Competition - Export 500 Fish.
>>> 25,000$ to your Swiss Bank Account
A single fishing wharf should do the trick. Another helps.

Calling All Doctors - Have 4 Doctors.
>>> 25,000$ to your Swiss Bank Account
Build a second clinic and hire the needed staff if you don't have enough college workers.

Fear of Food Shortages on St. Clara - Increase food hapiness to 60%
>>> 25,000$ to your Swiss Bank Account
Have at least 4 food production facilities, build a marketplace and issue the Food for the People edict.

Give Me Money - Export 25,000$ worth of goods.
>>> 25,000$ to your Swiss Bank Account
This should be quick if you are already doing the Tobacco and Fish missions.

Don't Worry Be Happy - Have overall hapiness at or above 45%
>>> 25,000$ to your Swiss Bank Account
Make sure all your citizen's needs are covered.


Other notes :
- Generalissimo Santana will give you 10,000$ in cash whenever your treasury drops to less than zero, up to a total of 30,000$.
